We can’t, unfortunately, say that we have superb views of rolling hills! but what we can offer is a spotless, typically English house in a quiet suburb with grass verges and tree lined streets

	Double / Twin Room The beds will zip together to make a 6 feet wide bed with a super kingsize duvet, or they can be left as twins – as you wish. There are two comfortable armchairs, a wardrobe and a desk / dressing table. There is also a TV and radio alarm clock. There is a beverages tray and fresh milk is always available.
	The ensuite is fully supplied with good quality towels, Marks and Spencers toiletries, a hairdryer and a basket of items you may have forgotten to bring.

Single Room This room has a comfortable 3ft bed, an armchair and a wardrobe. We have adapted the bedside chest to also be a small dressing table and desk to hold your laptop. It has a flat screen TV with Freeview channels and DVD player (please bring your own DVDs), also an alarm clock radio and a hairdryer. There is a beverages tray and fresh milk is always available. The room has a radiator with an individual heat control to ensure your comfort. The ensuite shower room is fully supplied with good quality towels, Marks and Spencers toiletries, a hairdryer and a basket of items you may have forgotten to bring, in the cupboard.
